Taking part in AIC Voice

What you agree to

When you tick “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy” you confirm that:

• Your answers may be used in AI Consensus reports.
• Your voice answers are recorded, and the discussion at the event is recorded.
• Your recordings and transcripts may be used to help improve AI Consensus technology.
• Everything is aggregated and anonymised before it is shared. Names, email addresses and other personal details are removed.
• You can email general@aiconsensus.org at any time to have your answers and recordings deleted, and we do so within 7 days.
• You are 18 or older.

Being recorded at the event

Agreeing includes being recorded during the group discussion at the event. The facilitator tells the room before pressing Start, and recording stops when the discussion ends. Speakers are not named in the transcript.

If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the event. The facilitator will offer another way to take part, and you can still complete the survey.

Photos at the event

Photos are taken at our events, by AI Consensus or the host. By attending you accept that photography happens in the room. If you would rather not be in any photo, tell the facilitator on the day.

Posting is separate: we only publish photos you appear in, on our website, social media or in reports, if you said yes when you signed up. You can change that answer at any time by emailing general@aiconsensus.org, and we take the photo down.

Your answers

Answer in your own words. Please do not include personal details about other people, and keep it respectful. We may leave out of a report anything that identifies someone or is abusive.

You keep ownership of what you say. You give AI Consensus permission to store, transcribe, analyse and quote it in anonymised form, to use it in reports, and to use it to improve AI Consensus technology. There is no payment for taking part.

Your invitation and ticket

Your invitation link and your QR ticket are personal to you. Please do not share or forward them. We may cancel a link or ticket that is being misused.

Deleting your data

Email general@aiconsensus.org from the address you were invited with and tell us which session. Within 7 days we delete your answers, your recordings and their transcripts, and revoke your ticket. Aggregated results that have already been published stay as they are, because they no longer contain anything about you.

The service

AIC Voice is provided free of charge for research by AI Consensus. We may change, pause or end it, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms. We are not responsible for losses from using the service beyond what the law requires.

Changes to these terms

This is version 2026-09-23.1. If the terms change in a way that matters, you are asked to read and agree to the new version the next time you open a session.
